- Test-fit both trims dry (without removing the adhesive backing) to confirm alignment and orientation against the fog lamp housing.
- Starting with the driver's side, carefully peel back the adhesive tape liner and align the trim precisely to the fog lamp recess edge.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the full face of the trim for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Repeat the process for the passenger side trim, ensuring symmetry across both fog lamp surrounds.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or exposing the trims to heavy moisture.
Note: For best adhesion results, install in ambient temperatures above 10°C (50°F). Avoid installation in direct sunlight or on a hot vehicle surface, as this may affect the initial tape bond. Do not apply to surfaces that have been recently waxed or treated with a ceramic coating without first removing the product layer in the application area.
