Installation Guide
Difficulty Level: Intermediate | Time: 1–2 hours per side

Raise and support the front of your vehicle securely on jack stands. Remove the wheel on the working side.

Unbolt the lower control arm from the steering knuckle and frame. You may need a ball joint separator tool.

Clamp the control arm in a bench vise with protective jaws. Mark the bushing orientation before removal.

Press out the worn bushing using a hydraulic press or bushing tool. Some installations allow careful use of a socket and hammer.

Clean the bore thoroughly. Remove all rubber debris and corrosion with a wire brush and penetrating oil.

Install the new bushing in the correct direction (refer to fitment guide). Use a press to seat evenly; do not force by hand.

Reinstall the control arm and torque fasteners to OEM spec (typically 70–90 Nm for main bolt). Refit the wheel and lower the vehicle.

Perform a four-wheel alignment to verify suspension geometry and prevent premature tire wear.
Critical: Do not reuse factory bolts if damaged. Always torque to manufacturer specification—undertightened fasteners cause bushing roll; overtightening can crack the rubber. Use a calibrated torque wrench and allow adhesive/thread-locker to cure if applied.
