Installation Notes

- Select your preferred mounting location — bonnet leading edge, tailgate panel, or door pillar are common choices on the LC300 and FJ200.
- Thoroughly clean the target surface using an isopropyl alcohol wipe to remove all wax, grease, and contaminants. Allow to dry completely — do not rush this step.
- Hold the emblem against the surface and mark your intended position with low-tack masking tape guides to ensure perfectly level alignment before committing.
- Peel the adhesive backing from the emblem. Do not touch the adhesive surface once exposed.
- Align carefully to your guide marks and press the emblem firmly onto the surface. Apply sustained hand pressure across the entire emblem for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or exposing the emblem to rain or moisture.
⚠ Important: Surface temperature should be between 15°C and 35°C for optimal adhesive performance. Do not attempt installation in direct sunlight, cold conditions, or on wet paintwork. Applying to freshly polished or ceramic-coated surfaces may reduce adhesion — lightly abrade the contact area if necessary.
