Installation Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and allow the engine to cool completely.
- Locate the crankcase vent valve on the cylinder head cover (position varies by model — consult your service manual or online forums for your specific engine bay layout).
- Disconnect any hoses or electrical connectors from the old valve.
- Unscrew or unbolt the old valve from the cylinder head cover.
- Install the new valve using the same fastening method. Ensure all gaskets or seals are properly seated.
- Reconnect hoses and any electrical connections. Verify they are fully seated and secure.
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Start the engine and check for any oil leaks around the installation point. Allow 5–10 minutes of idle to stabilise.
