- Park the vehicle and ensure the cabin is at room temperature. Cold surfaces significantly reduce adhesive effectiveness.
- Use the included alcohol wipe to thoroughly clean each factory vent surround. Remove all dust, oils, and fingerprints. Allow to dry completely — approximately 60 seconds.
- Dry-fit each trim cover to confirm the correct piece for each vent position. The set is vehicle-specific, so each cover has a corresponding location.
- Peel the protective backing from the adhesive tape on the first cover. Align carefully — once the adhesive contacts the surface, repositioning is not recommended.
- Press firmly across the entire surface of each cover for 30–60 seconds, applying consistent pressure to ensure full tape contact.
- Repeat for all remaining vent covers. Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before operating the air conditioning at maximum force or exposing to extremes of temperature.
⚠ Important: Do not install in cold or damp conditions. The adhesive requires a clean, dry surface above 15°C (59°F) for a reliable bond. Failure to clean the surface beforehand is the primary cause of adhesive failure.
