- Thoroughly clean the existing AC vent bezel surround using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or equivalent. Remove all dust, oils, and any residue from previous products. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Test-fit the trim piece over the vent housing without removing the adhesive backing. Confirm the alignment and orientation before committing to the bond.
- Peel the adhesive backing from the trim piece carefully, ensuring the adhesive layer remains intact and undisturbed.
- Position the trim piece over the vent bezel, aligning all edges, and press firmly into place starting from the centre and working outward. Apply consistent pressure across the full surface for 30–60 seconds.
- Allow the adhesive to cure undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours before any cleaning or contact with the surface.
Note: Do not apply to damp, dusty, or recently cleaned (with water-based products) surfaces. Ensure the surface is completely dry and free of any silicone-based dressings, which will prevent adhesion. Check fitment compatibility against your specific vehicle year before applying — once bonded, removal may require care to avoid marking the original housing.
