Disconnect washer fluid reservoir: Open bonnet and locate the washer fluid supply lines. Carefully disconnect and cap to prevent spillage.

Remove old jet assembly: Locate the jet nozzle in the bumper cavity. Twist counterclockwise or unbolt (depending on model) and withdraw completely.

Remove old cover cap: Gently prise the existing cover cap from its mounting bracket. Clean the bumper surface.

Install new jet: Insert the new jet assembly and secure by twisting clockwise or bolting (torque to OEM spec, typically 5–8 Nm). Ensure o-ring seats properly.

Install new cover cap: Snap or bolt the new cover cap over the mounting bracket. Verify alignment with bumper contour.

Reconnect washer fluid lines: Reattach supply hose to new jet inlet. Test spray pattern at low pressure first, then full.
