OEM 3.0L Petrol Intake Manifold Lower Gaskets

Premium factory gasket set for Range Rover, Discovery, and Jaguar 3.0L DOHC GDI SC V6 engines – direct replacement with 1-year warranty.

LR041681 C2Z17249 2010–2019 Elastomer Material Lower Placement 2-Piece Set

Overview

This genuine OEM intake manifold lower gasket set is engineered for Land Rover and Jaguar 3.0L DOHC GDI SC V6 engines. If your Range Rover, Discovery, or Jaguar is showing signs of coolant seepage around the lower intake manifold, or if you're performing preventative maintenance during a major service, these gaskets deliver factory reliability at a fraction of OEM dealership pricing.

The set includes two precision-molded lower gaskets (left and right placement) manufactured to match original equipment specifications. Built with durable elastomer material, they seal consistently across temperature cycles and maintain integrity through engine load variations. Direct bolt-on installation with no modifications required.

Victorious Automotive stocks these gaskets in-house and ships worldwide within 2 business days. All purchases come with our 30-day money-back guarantee and 1-year component warranty.

Installation Notes

DIY Difficulty: Intermediate | Estimated Time: 2–3 Hours

  1. Disconnect negative battery terminal and allow engine to cool to ambient temperature.
  2. Remove upper intake manifold cover and disconnect all vacuum hoses, coolant lines, and electrical connectors from the lower manifold.
  3. Unbolt the lower intake manifold from the cylinder head using the correct socket and breaker bar. Keep fasteners organized.
  4. Carefully lift the manifold away and inspect the mounting surface for debris, corrosion, or damage. Clean thoroughly with a gasket scraper and isopropyl alcohol.
  5. Position the new OEM gaskets (left and right) onto the cylinder head studs, ensuring proper alignment with bolt holes.
  6. Reinstall the lower manifold and hand-tighten all fasteners in a star pattern. Consult the included torque specification chart.
  7. Reconnect all coolant lines, vacuum hoses, and electrical connectors. Double-check each connection.
  8. Fill and bleed the cooling system, check for leaks with the engine running at idle for 5 minutes.
  9. Allow the engine to cool, then retorque all manifold fasteners to final specification.
⚠ Important: Do not reuse old gaskets. Always use a new gasket set when reassembling. If coolant lines or fasteners show signs of corrosion, replace them as well. Improper torque or misalignment will cause leaks.
