Overview

The Range Rover Evoque's front suspension geometry depends entirely on tight, responsive control arm bushings. When these wear—typically between 40,000–80,000 miles—the steering becomes notchy, the ride feels loose, and you may notice audible clunking from the front end over bumps. This front suspension control arm bushing is the larger of the two bushings on each control arm, and it's where most of the wear concentrates.
