Installation Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Remove the intake manifold heat shield and plastic cowlings to access the supercharger.
- Unbolt the original isolator coupler from the supercharger outlet and intake manifold.
- Clean both mating surfaces of any debris, gasket material, or carbon deposits.
- Position the new isolator coupler and hand-tighten bolts to ensure correct alignment.
- Torque fasteners to OEM specification (typically 25–35 N⋅m for Land Rover / Jaguar applications).
- Reinstall heat shields, cowlings, and intake components.
- Reconnect battery, start engine, and check for leaks or unusual noises.
- Road test to confirm normal supercharger operation.
