- Thoroughly clean and degrease the lower front bumper surface where the lip will mount — any residue will affect adhesive bond or hardware seating.
- Dry-fit the carbon fibre front lip to the bumper before committing to adhesive. Confirm alignment is centred and the profile sits flush across the full width.
- If using supplied mounting hardware, locate the designated fixing points on the bumper underside and secure the lip firmly using the provided fixings.
- If using automotive-grade adhesive (supplied or installer-sourced), apply evenly to the rear contact face of the lip and press firmly into position. Use masking tape or clamps to hold alignment while curing — typically 2–4 hours minimum.
- Allow full cure time before driving. Avoid high-pressure washing the adhesive join for at least 24 hours post-installation.
