Installation

Prepare the boot. Remove loose items and clean the floor. Locate the three original mounting points (marked on the frame).

Position the frame. Align the rack with the existing attachment positions. Verify the arc matches the boot contour.

Secure mounting bolts. Insert stainless bolts through the pre-drilled holes in the frame. Do not over-tighten.

Attach side clips. Clip the stabiliser arms to the boot sides using the supplied hardware. These prevent lateral movement.

Torque to spec. Tighten all bolts to 18–22 Nm. Recheck after 48 hours of normal use.

Test stability. Load the rack gently. It should not move or rattle. Confirm factory straps still function.
