Installation Notes

- With the vehicle parked and cooled, open the bonnet and ensure the front bumper area is clean and free of debris before beginning.
- Using a plastic trim removal tool, carefully release the OEM grille surround clips from the front bumper assembly, working from one side to the other to avoid stress fractures on the surrounding trim.
- Disconnect any ambient air temperature sensors or adaptive cruise radar connections if routed through the grille area, labelling each connector for reassembly.
- Remove the factory vent insert trims from the lower bumper section using the same clip-release technique, taking care not to scratch the bumper paint surface.
- Dry-fit the new carbon fibre grille surround and vent trims before final installation to confirm alignment and clip engagement at all mounting points.
- Press each component firmly and evenly into position until all clips audibly engage. Reconnect any sensors or connectors disconnected during removal.
- Step back and inspect the finished fitment from the front and side for panel gaps, alignment consistency, and flush finish before closing the bonnet.
