Installation Notes
Difficulty: Intermediate · Estimated Time: 60–90 Minutes
- Thoroughly clean and degrease the roof surface where the pod will be mounted — ensure the area is completely dry before proceeding.
- Dry-fit the roof pod to confirm placement and alignment with the roofline before removing the 3M tape backing.
- Route the wiring carefully through or around the roof seal, taking care to avoid pinching or stressing the cable.
- Connect the power lead directly to the appropriate fuse position in the vehicle's fuse box — refer to the included wiring guide for the correct fuse slot.
- Pair the wireless remote to the LED unit as per the included controller instructions.
- Once wiring is confirmed functional, press the roof pod firmly into position using the 3M tape and apply pressure evenly for a secure bond.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to rain or a car wash.
⚠ Please Note: This product requires basic DIY wiring experience for the LED connection to the fuse box. If you are not confident working with automotive electrics, we recommend enlisting a qualified auto-electrician. This product is handmade — minor surface variations in the carbon weave or finish are characteristic of handcrafted construction and do not constitute a defect. Installation is the responsibility of the customer.
