Installation & Setup

Disconnect the battery negative terminal to prevent electrical shorts during removal.

Remove the dashboard trim panel using the supplied plastic pry tools. Unclip carefully to avoid stress on dashboard clips.

Disconnect the factory head unit wiring harness and antenna input. Take a photo for reference.

Install the new unit into the dash cavity using the included mounting bracket. Ensure all four mounting points are secured.

Connect the OEM wiring harness to the new head unit, matching the colour-coded connectors to the factory harness.

Mount the GPS antenna on the vehicle roof or rear window using the magnetic base (ensure clear sky view).

Connect the microphone to the designated jack on the rear of the head unit. Route cable neatly through the dash cavity.

Reinstall the dashboard trim panel and ensure all clips are fully seated before reconnecting the battery.

Power up the system and perform initial Android setup. Connect to WiFi and sync your CarPlay device via Bluetooth.
