Installation Notes
Difficulty Level: Intermediate | Est. Time: 2–3 Hours
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal and allow the electrical system to discharge (10 minutes)
- Remove the factory trim bezel around the infotainment unit using a plastic trim removal tool
- Unbolt the factory head unit from the dashboard (typically 4 screws)
- Disconnect the factory harness and antenna connector from the rear of the unit
- Connect the new harness adapter to your vehicle's wiring loom and secure with electrical tape where needed
- Insert the new 14.4-inch head unit into the dash cavity and align flush with the bezel
- Secure with supplied bolts and verify the display is level
- Connect the antenna adapter and the Bluetooth module (if not pre-installed)
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal and power on the system
- Run through initial setup (language, timezone, CarPlay pairing) and test all functions
