- Park the vehicle on a flat, stable surface and ensure the engine is off. Gather all tools — trim removal tools, a torx set, and a clean microfibre cloth are recommended.
- Carefully remove the existing OEM wheel arch trim panels using a trim removal tool, working around the arch perimeter to avoid damaging clips or paintwork.
- Clean the exposed bodywork thoroughly to remove any road residue or adhesive from the original trims. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
- Align the new fender flare to the wheel arch opening. Confirm the positioning is correct before committing to any fixings — front and rear arches are different profiles.
- Secure the wheel arch using the provided hardware, ensuring all mounting points are engaged evenly. Do not overtighten fasteners to avoid stress cracking the ABS.
- If your arches include integrated LED strips, route the wiring through the inner arch liner and connect to the appropriate vehicle harness. Consult a qualified auto electrician if you are unsure.
- Repeat for all four arches. Once complete, step back and verify alignment and panel gaps are consistent on both sides of the vehicle.
