Installation Notes

- Start with the vehicle parked in a clean, dry environment at room temperature — adhesive bonds best between 18°C and 30°C.
- Using a microfibre cloth and an isopropyl alcohol wipe (or similar surface cleaner), thoroughly clean the reading light surround panel. Remove any dust, oils, or residue and allow to dry completely for 2–3 minutes.
- Test-fit the decoration cover over the panel without removing the adhesive backing, confirming alignment with the light apertures and panel edges.
- Peel back the adhesive liner on the reverse of the cover, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface with bare fingers.
- Starting from one edge, carefully lay the cover onto the panel in a single smooth motion, pressing firmly from the centre outward to eliminate any air pockets.
- Apply sustained, firm pressure across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds to ensure full adhesive contact.
- Leave undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing to extreme heat or direct sunlight, allowing the adhesive to fully cure.
⚠ Note: Do not attempt installation on a cold panel (below 15°C) as adhesive performance will be significantly reduced. Ensure the reading light switch is in the off position before and during installation. If the cover needs to be repositioned, do so only within the first few seconds of initial placement — once fully pressed, repositioning is not recommended.
