- Before fitting, thoroughly clean the existing side air outlet panel surrounds using an IPA (isopropyl alcohol) wipe or a clean, dry microfibre cloth. Allow the surface to dry fully — this ensures maximum adhesion.
- Unbox both panel covers and dry-fit each one against the corresponding vent surround to confirm correct orientation and alignment before committing to install.
- Peel back the protective film from the pre-applied double-sided adhesive tape on the reverse of each cover.
- Starting with one side, carefully align the cover over the vent frame and press firmly from the centre outward, applying even pressure across the full surface for 20–30 seconds.
- Repeat for the opposite side. Avoid operating the air vents for at least one hour after installation to allow the adhesive to cure fully.
⚠ Note: Ensure the panel surface temperature is above 15°C at time of installation for optimal adhesive performance. Avoid fitting in cold or damp conditions. Do not apply pressure solely to the outer edges — press from centre outward to prevent lifting at the corners.
