Installation Notes

- Park the vehicle and turn off the ignition. Allow the interior to cool to room temperature if the vehicle has been in direct sunlight — this makes the existing knobs easier to work with.
- If the OEM knobs are visibly sticky, wipe them down lightly with an isopropyl alcohol cloth and allow to dry fully. This ensures the chrome cover seats cleanly against the base knob.
- Align each chrome cover over its corresponding rotary knob. The covers are designed to push on with light, even pressure — do not force. You should feel a positive seat as the cover locates correctly.
- Work through all five knobs methodically, confirming each cover is level and centred before moving to the next.
- Test each control to confirm full rotation and normal function is maintained. No function should be impeded by the covers.
Note: Do not use excessive force when seating the covers. If a cover feels misaligned, remove and re-seat rather than pressing harder. Ensure the base knobs are clean and dry before fitting — any residue may prevent a flush seating.
