Installation Notes

- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the engine off and cooled down before beginning any work around the front bumper.
- Using appropriate trim removal tools, carefully disengage the factory grille from the bumper assembly by releasing the retaining clips along the upper and lower edges.
- Disconnect any parking sensor wiring looms or camera connectors if routed through or behind the factory grille — take photographs before disconnecting to aid reassembly.
- Transfer any sensors, brackets, or hardware from the original grille to the new SV Style unit where required, ensuring all clips seat securely.
- Align the replacement grille into position, pressing firmly along the clip points until each one audibly engages — work progressively from the centre outward.
- Reconnect all sensor wiring and perform a full walk-around to verify flush panel alignment before moving the vehicle.
⚠ Professional fitting is strongly recommended. If your L460 is equipped with a front-facing camera, active cruise sensors, or parking assist modules mounted within the grille assembly, these should be reconnected and tested by a qualified technician. No vehicle coding is required for this grille.
