- Begin with the vehicle parked on a level surface. Fold or move the second row seats as needed to gain clear access to the seat base surrounds.
- Thoroughly clean the seat base panel surfaces using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or equivalent interior panel cleaner. Remove all dust, grease, and residue. Allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Dry-fit each cover piece against the seat base surround to confirm alignment and check coverage before committing to adhesion.
- Peel back the protective film from the pre-applied adhesive tape on the reverse of each cover piece.
- Carefully align the cover piece with the seat base panel and press firmly into position, applying even pressure across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds to ensure full adhesive contact.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 1–2 hours before regular use. Avoid applying direct pressure to the covers during this period.
⚠ Important: Surface preparation is critical for long-term adhesion. Do not install on damp, oily, or dusty surfaces. Installing in a warm environment (above 15°C / 59°F) will significantly improve adhesive bond strength. Do not use solvent-based cleaners directly on the ABS cover surface as this may damage the finish.
