Installation

Difficulty: Beginner | Time: 20–30 minutes

  1. Turn off the engine and disconnect the battery negative terminal to avoid electrical hazards.
  2. Allow all lights to cool for at least 10 minutes before touching—original bulbs become very hot.
  3. Use the provided tool to gently pry out the original bulb from its socket. Do not force or twist.
  4. Insert the new LED bulb straight into the socket until you feel it seat fully.
  5. Adjust the metal pin clips on the sides of the festoon bulb slightly inward to ensure a snug, rattle-free fit.
  6. Repeat for all 17 bulb locations: front dome, rear dome, vanity mirrors, trunk, glove box, door puddles, and footwell.
  7. Reconnect the battery negative terminal and test all lights via the cabin light controls and door open switches.
  8. If any light fails or flickers, remove and reseat the bulb to ensure full contact.
⚠️ Safety Note: Always disconnect the battery before working on electrical components. Never touch a freshly powered-off halogen bulb—it can exceed 300°C. Wear gloves when handling components.
