Installation

Clean the surface: Use rubbing alcohol and a microfibre cloth to thoroughly clean the handbrake lever. Remove all dust, oils, and residue. Allow to dry completely (2–3 minutes).

Peel the backing: Carefully remove the paper backing from the pre-applied adhesive tape on the trim piece.

Align and position: Hold the trim over the handbrake lever and align it carefully. Start from the top edge and work downward to avoid air bubbles.

Press firmly: Once positioned, press down firmly across the entire surface for 15–20 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.

Allow to cure: Wait 24 hours before using the handbrake heavily. The adhesive reaches full strength after this period.
⚠️ Important: Do not reinstall or reposition the trim after initial application—the adhesive is single-use. Professional installation is recommended if you're uncertain.
