- Dry-fit each strip to its corresponding door to confirm alignment before removing the adhesive backing.
- Starting from one end, carefully peel the adhesive backing while pressing the strip firmly along the door panel, working progressively to avoid air pockets.
- Apply firm, even hand pressure along the full length of each strip for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Allow a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or exposing the strips to sustained moisture.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation if ambient temperature is below 10°C (50°F). Cold conditions significantly reduce initial adhesive tack and can compromise long-term bond strength. Ensure all prep wipes have fully evaporated before applying strips.
