Installation Notes

- Confirm your Porsche's control panel has a NAVI button — this adapter requires PCM3.1 with NAVI functionality. If your vehicle has a CD-AUX button instead, this unit will not be compatible.
- Remove the factory PCM3.1 head unit from the dashboard using appropriate trim removal tools. Disconnect the factory connectors carefully.
- Connect the included wiring harness to the rear of the factory PCM3.1 unit and to the adapter module — no wire cutting or permanent modification is required.
- Fit the dedicated microphone in a discreet location near the driver (sun visor or A-pillar area recommended) and route the cable tidily behind trim panels.
- If your vehicle is fitted with Sirius Satellite Radio, contact us before installation — additional screws will be dispatched to ensure correct fitment.
- Refit the PCM3.1 unit and all trim panels. Power on the vehicle and pair your iPhone or Android device via Bluetooth to activate wireless CarPlay or Android Auto.
Important: The factory microphone in PCM3.1-equipped Porsche models is integrated with the vehicle's SOS emergency system. This adapter includes a separate microphone to maintain hands-free calling functionality without disrupting the SOS system. Always use the supplied microphone.
