Prepare & Drain: Allow engine to cool fully. Open coolant drain plug and catch fluid in a suitable container. Remove radiator cap to relieve system pressure safely.

Remove Old Hoses: Locate the three hoses: oil cooler outlet (top), lower radiator-to-pump inlet (undercarriage), and thermostat-to-lower assembly. Loosen hose clamps using a screwdriver or hose clamp pliers and slide each hose off its barbed connector.

Inspect Connections: Clean any residual coolant or corrosion from all barbed fittings. Check for damage to plastic connectors; replace if cracked or brittle.

Install New Hoses: Slide each new hose onto its fitting until fully seated. Hand-tighten hose clamps, then use a screwdriver to tighten securely but not over-tight; aim for firm without crushing the hose.

Refill & Bleed: Pour fresh coolant into the radiator, filling to the "max" mark. With the radiator cap off, run the engine at idle for 3–5 minutes to circulate coolant and release trapped air. Top up as needed, then reinstall the radiator cap.
