- Thoroughly clean and degrease the air intake grille area of your L461 Sport using isopropyl alcohol. Allow to dry completely — any moisture or wax residue will compromise adhesion.
- Dry-fit each strip to the corresponding intake aperture before peeling the adhesive backing. Confirm alignment, profile match, and positioning against the product reference images.
- Once satisfied with placement, peel the adhesive liner from the first strip and apply firmly, working from the centre outward to avoid air pockets or misalignment.
- Apply even, sustained pressure across the full length of each strip for a minimum of 30 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Repeat for all remaining strips. Allow a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or exposing the fitment to sustained water pressure.
