Installation Notes

Disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait 5 minutes for the system to depressurize safely.

Locate the air suspension manifold block under the vehicle (driver-side, rear). It's bolted to the chassis near the air compressor reservoir.

Remove the old valve assembly by unbolting the manifold cover plate. Mark all hose positions with tape to aid reassembly.

Install the new relief valve into the manifold block, ensuring it sits fully and the seal is flush.

Reconnect all hoses in their original positions. Double-check for leaks or kinks.

Reconnect the battery and start the engine. The suspension should cycle and self-level within 30 seconds.
