Installation Notes
⏱ Estimated Time: 15–20 minutes · 🛠 Difficulty: Beginner
- Begin with the vehicle parked in a clean, dry environment at room temperature. Avoid installing in cold or damp conditions as this can affect adhesive bonding.
- Using a clean microfibre cloth and a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, thoroughly clean each air vent adjusting rod to remove any dust, grease, or silicone residue.
- Allow the cleaned surfaces to dry completely — approximately 2–3 minutes — before proceeding.
- Hold each trim cover against its corresponding rod to confirm orientation and fit before removing the adhesive backing.
- Peel the protective film from the adhesive backing on the first cover, align carefully, and press firmly into position for 30–60 seconds to ensure full contact.
- Repeat for the remaining three covers, working across the dashboard methodically.
- Allow 2–4 hours for the adhesive to fully cure before operating the vent adjustment rods.
Note: Do not apply excessive force to the vent rods immediately after installation. Allow the adhesive to set fully before normal use. If repositioning is needed, do so gently within the first 60 seconds of application before the bond cures.
