- Begin with the vehicle interior at room temperature. Avoid installation in very cold conditions as adhesive bonding is reduced below 10°C (50°F).
- Clean each vent bezel surround thoroughly with an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Remove all dust, grease, and fingerprints from the mounting surface and allow to dry completely.
- Test-fit each trim ring against the vent surround before removing the adhesive backing — confirm alignment and seating before committing.
- Peel the adhesive backing from one ring. Carefully align the ring to the vent bezel, starting from the top edge, and press firmly into position across the full surface.
- Hold each ring firmly for 30–60 seconds after placement, applying even pressure to ensure full adhesive contact across all edges.
- Repeat for all four rings. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before subjecting the trim to heavy cleaning or extreme temperature changes.
⚠ Note: Ensure the vent surface is completely clean and dry before application. Adhesive bond strength is significantly reduced on oily, damp, or textured surfaces. Do not attempt to reposition the rings once the adhesive has made full contact, as this may reduce bond effectiveness.
