- Start with the engine off and the interior at room temperature. Ensure the centre console area is clean, dry, and free of any dust, oils, or residue — use an isopropyl alcohol wipe for best adhesion results.
- Dry-fit both trim panels onto the navigation frame button surround before removing the adhesive backing. Confirm the alignment and fit are correct before committing.
- Peel the protective liner from the pre-applied adhesive on the back of the first panel. Take care not to touch the adhesive surface.
- Carefully position the panel against the console surround, starting from one edge. Press firmly and evenly across the full surface for 20–30 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Repeat the process for the second panel, ensuring both pieces align symmetrically across the console.
- Allow the adhesive to fully cure for a minimum of 2–4 hours before applying any pressure or cleaning products to the trim area.
⚠ Note: Do not install in cold conditions below 10°C — adhesive performance is significantly reduced at low temperatures. Ensure the OEM trim surface is fully dry before application. If removal is ever required, use a plastic trim removal tool and apply gentle, even pressure to avoid marking the original panel.
