Installation Notes

- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface with the engine off and fully cooled. Disconnect the battery as a precaution before working on front-end trim.
- Using a trim removal tool, carefully release the existing front grille assembly from the bumper surround. Work from the outer edges inward to avoid stressing the mounting tabs.
- Locate and remove all factory fasteners, clips, and any secondary fixings holding the centre grille section in place. Note their positions for reassembly.
- Lift out the existing centre grille panel. Inspect the surrounding bumper trim for any damage before fitting the new unit.
- Align the new ABS front centre grille into the bumper aperture. Begin seating the mounting tabs from the centre outward to ensure even tension across the panel.
- Re-secure all fasteners and clips until you feel each one click firmly into position. Do not over-torque any fixings.
- Step back and visually inspect the panel for even gaps and flush alignment before reconnecting the battery and carrying out a final check.
