- Working in a warm, dust-free environment, carefully peel the backing layer from the TPU film — handle by the edges to avoid fingerprint contamination on the adhesive side.
- Using the included spray solution (or a light mist of soapy water), lightly dampen the headlamp surface to allow the film to be repositioned during application.
- Align the pre-cut film to the headlamp — the precision cut profile should follow the lens edge exactly. Work from the centre outward.
- Use the included squeegee to push out any air bubbles and water pockets, working from the centre toward the outer edges in firm, smooth strokes.
- Use a heat gun or hairdryer on low heat to gently warm the film over curved edges, encouraging the TPU to conform and bond fully.
- Allow 24–48 hours for the adhesive to cure fully before washing the vehicle or exposing to heavy rain.
⚠ Note: Do not apply in cold temperatures (below 10°C / 50°F) as this reduces film flexibility and may cause lifting at edges. Ensure the headlamp surface is completely dry before beginning. Do not use abrasive cloths during cleaning.
