Installation Notes
Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 1–2 hours per side

Disconnect the battery and wait 5 minutes for the system to depressurize.

Raise the vehicle on a jack stand—support the chassis, never the air suspension arms.

Remove the wheel and locate the air spring on the front strut turret.

Disconnect the air hose from the spring—a small clip and single push-fit connection.

Remove fasteners holding the spring to the strut (typically 2–3 bolts).

Slide out the old spring and inspect the rubber seat for debris.

Clean the strut mounting surface with a cloth—no solvents required.

Install new O-rings and rubber seals onto the new spring as provided in the kit.

Position the new spring on the strut and refit fasteners hand-tight.

Reconnect the air hose to the spring—push firmly until you hear a click.

Torque fasteners to 20–25 Nm (finger-tight plus ¼ turn).

Reconnect the battery and start the engine—the suspension will self-level over 30 seconds.
⚠ Warning: Do not over-tighten fasteners. Air springs are precision components. Hand-tight plus a quarter turn is sufficient. If the suspension warning light persists after installation, there may be an additional fault in the air compressor or pressure switch—seek diagnostic support.
