- Ensure your vehicle interior is at room temperature. Avoid installation in direct sunlight or extreme cold, as this can affect adhesive performance.
- Thoroughly clean both the left and right AC vent surrounds using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or clean microfibre cloth. Remove any dust, oils, or residue. Allow to dry completely.
- Dry-fit each cover against its corresponding vent surround to confirm positioning and alignment before committing to adhesion.
- Peel the protective backing from the adhesive layer on the rear of the first cover. Align carefully and press firmly into position, applying even pressure across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds.
- Repeat the process for the second cover on the opposite side.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before subjecting the trim to any stress, cleaning, or direct airflow from the vents.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation on a dusty, damp, or greasy surface — this will significantly reduce adhesive bond strength. Ensure the vent louvres remain unobstructed after fitting.
