Installation Notes
Difficulty: Beginner–Intermediate | Time: 30–60 minutes

Lift and secure: Raise the vehicle on a jack and secure on jack stands. Remove the wheel on the side you're working on.

Remove worn link: Locate the sway bar link (connects stabilizer bar to suspension control arm). Unbolt the top and bottom fasteners using an 18mm wrench and socket.

Install new link: Position the new sway bar link, aligning the bolt holes. Hand-tighten the top fastener, then the bottom.

Torque to spec: Torque both fasteners to 74 Nm (55 lb-ft) in a cross pattern (top, then bottom, then recheck top).

Repeat opposite side: Lower the vehicle, reinstall the wheel, and repeat steps 1–4 on the opposite side.

Wheel alignment check: After installation, a four-wheel alignment is recommended to ensure suspension geometry is correct.
