- Park the vehicle in a warm, dry environment. Cold surfaces reduce adhesive performance — aim for above 15°C (59°F) ambient temperature.
- Thoroughly clean each door handle surface using the supplied alcohol prep wipes. Remove all wax, polish, dust, or moisture residue and allow to dry fully — approximately 2–3 minutes.
- Test-fit each cover dry (without removing the adhesive backing) to confirm alignment and orientation before committing to installation.
- Peel the protective film from the adhesive tape on the first cover. Carefully position the cover at the correct angle, then press firmly and hold for 30–45 seconds, applying even pressure across the full surface.
- Repeat for all remaining covers, working one door at a time.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before washing the vehicle or exposing covers to sustained moisture.
⚠ Note: Do not attempt installation on a freshly painted or waxed surface — adhesion will be significantly compromised. If your vehicle has been recently resprayed, allow a minimum of 30 days before fitting. Avoid applying in direct sunlight as this can cause premature adhesive tack before correct positioning is achieved.
