- Ensure the vehicle ignition is off and the key is removed before starting work.

- Disconnect the factory climate control unit by releasing the single wiring harness connector from the rear of the existing screen.
- Slide the original unit out of the aperture and set aside safely.
- Connect the supplied cable from the new touchscreen to the existing vehicle harness — the connector is keyed and will only fit one way.
- Seat the new touchscreen into the aperture and ensure it sits flush with the surrounding trim.
- Refit the centre console trim panel, applying gentle pressure until the clips engage.
- Start the vehicle and verify full touchscreen functionality — climate zones, fan speed, seat controls and CD slot access.
