Installation

Clean the door panel surface. Use a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, fingerprints, and light oils from the speaker grille area. A mild IPA solution on a cloth works well for stubborn residue. Allow to dry completely.

Position the cover trim. Carefully align the aluminum cover with the factory speaker opening. Ensure gaps are even on all sides and the cover sits flush against the door panel.

Apply firm, even pressure. Once aligned, press down firmly across the entire trim for 10–15 seconds to activate the adhesive. Work from the center outward to avoid air bubbles.

Allow curing time. Leave the vehicle undisturbed for 24 hours. The adhesive reaches maximum holding strength during this period—resist opening doors or applying pressure until fully cured.

Repeat for all four doors. Follow steps 1–4 for the remaining three door speaker openings.
Important: Do not operate window controls or allow passengers to lean against doors for at least 24 hours after installation. While the adhesive bonds quickly, full cure strength takes a full day. If your vehicle is parked in direct sunlight, cover the doors or park in shade to avoid heat-accelerated curing (which can cause uneven adhesion).
