- Ensure the vehicle ignition is off before beginning. Allow the vehicle to cool if the engine has been running recently.
- Using a suitable trim removal tool, carefully prise out the existing climate control panel from the centre console surround.
- Disconnect the single OEM wiring connector from the rear of the original climate control unit.
- Connect the same wiring connector to the new touch screen climate unit — it is a direct, keyed fit.
- Press the new unit firmly into the centre console aperture until it clips securely into place.
- Switch on the ignition and verify all climate control functions and seat comfort controls are operating correctly via the new touchscreen.
