Installation Notes
Difficulty: Beginner | Time: 10–15 minutes
- Clean the existing exhaust outlet rim thoroughly with a microfibre cloth and mild degreaser. Allow to dry completely.
- Peel back the adhesive tape backing on the tail finisher. Do not touch the tape with bare fingers.
- Align the finisher carefully with your exhaust outlet opening. This is the critical step—take your time.
- Press firmly and evenly across the entire surface for 30 seconds, starting from the centre outward.
- Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours before washing or driving in wet conditions.
- For removal: gently heat the adhesive with a heat gun (low setting) and peel away slowly. Use adhesive remover for residue.
Important: This finisher is cosmetic. It does not alter exhaust function, emissions, or performance. Ensure your vehicle's exhaust system is in good working order before installation. If your outlet is damaged, cracked, or corroded, repair or replace it first.
