- Begin by thoroughly cleaning the rear armrest box panel surface using an isopropyl alcohol wipe. Remove all dust, grease, and moisture, and allow to dry completely before proceeding.
- Offer the cover up to the panel to confirm alignment and fitment before removing any adhesive backing. Note the orientation and any contour points.
- Peel back a small section of the adhesive backing to expose the tape. Carefully position the cover from one edge, pressing firmly as you work across the surface to avoid air pockets.
- Once fully seated, apply firm and even pressure across the entire cover for 30–60 seconds to ensure maximum adhesive contact with the panel surface.
- Allow at least 72 hours before subjecting the cover to heavy use or pressure, giving the adhesive bond time to fully cure.
Note: Do not apply in temperatures below 10°C — cold surfaces significantly reduce adhesive performance. Ensure the vehicle has been at room temperature for at least one hour before fitting. If your vehicle has been recently detailed or treated with a silicone-based product, clean the surface thoroughly before installation.
