Installation Notes

- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level surface with the wipers in the parked (down) position and the ignition off.
- Thoroughly clean the lower windshield trim area using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or panel prep solution. Remove all old adhesive residue, dirt, wax, and moisture. Allow to dry completely.
- Dry-fit each TPE trim panel against the scuttle line to confirm alignment and position before committing to adhesive bond.
- Peel the protective liner from the double-sided adhesive tape on the rear of the first panel.
- Starting from the centre of the panel, press firmly along the length of the trim, working outwards to avoid air pockets or misalignment. Apply firm hand pressure for 30–60 seconds along the entire panel edge.
- Repeat the process for the second panel on the opposite side, ensuring both panels are evenly aligned and flush with the glass.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 2 hours before operating the wipers or washing the vehicle.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation in temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C, as adhesive bond strength may be compromised. Avoid washing the vehicle for at least 24 hours after installation for maximum adhesive cure. If your original trim has caused any paint damage beneath, address this before fitting the new panel.
