- Begin with the vehicle parked and the interior at room temperature. Avoid installing in very cold conditions as adhesive performance may be reduced.
- Identify the seat armrest adjustment knob surround on the relevant seat. Clean the surface thoroughly using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or a clean, lint-free cloth to remove all dust, grease, and moisture.
- Allow the cleaned surface to dry completely — typically 2–3 minutes at room temperature.
- Peel the protective film from the adhesive backing on the decorative cover, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface.
- Align the cover carefully over the knob surround. Once satisfied with positioning, press firmly and evenly for 30–60 seconds to ensure full adhesive contact across the entire surface.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for a minimum of 30 minutes before adjusting or operating the seat armrest mechanism.
⚠ Important: Do not attempt installation on a wet, dusty, or recently polished surface. Ensure the cover does not interfere with the functional movement of the seat adjustment knob before driving. If resistance is felt when operating the mechanism post-installation, remove and reposition the cover accordingly.
