- Thoroughly clean each target interior panel with an isopropyl alcohol wipe and allow to dry completely — this ensures maximum adhesive bond strength.
- Dry-fit each trim piece against its corresponding panel before committing, confirming alignment and coverage against the existing trim geometry.
- Starting from the centre of the cabin, peel the protective backing from the adhesive layer and position carefully — trim pieces are not repositionable once contact is made.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface of each piece for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond fully.
- Work outward from the centre console toward the door panels, completing one piece at a time to maintain consistency.
- Allow a minimum of 12 hours before exposing the freshly installed trim to heat sources or direct sunlight — this allows the adhesive to fully cure.
⚠ Note: Ensure all panels are free of dust, grease and moisture prior to installation. Applying trim to a warm surface (e.g. a cabin warmed by sunlight) can slightly improve adhesion in cooler climates. If you are unsure about any step, professional installation is always recommended for the best long-term result.
