Installation Notes

- Ensure your Range Rover Velar is switched off before beginning. Confirm your vehicle is a 2017, 2018 or 2019 model year to verify direct fitment.
- For straightforward installations, locate the OEM cigarette lighter or USB port beneath the centre console and connect the wiring harness directly — no panel removal required.
- For a fully concealed hidden-wire installation, carefully remove the centre control tray panel using appropriate trim removal tools to avoid scratching surrounding surfaces.
- Route the wiring harness to the rear of the cigarette lighter socket and establish a secure connection. Tuck all excess cabling neatly into the cavity.
- Press the new wireless charging panel firmly into position. The precision-moulded housing should seat flush with the surrounding trim with no gaps or movement.
- Restore power to the vehicle, place a compatible device on the pad, and confirm the charging signal light illuminates.
⚠ Note: Steps requiring removal of the centre control panel are best carried out by a professional automotive technician to avoid damage to surrounding trim or wiring. Metal objects such as coins, IC cards, or bank cards placed between your phone and the charging surface will interrupt charging. Phone cases up to 4mm thick are generally compatible; thicker cases may reduce charging speed.
