Installation

Installation Steps
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal to isolate the vehicle's electrical system.
- Identify the mounting location on the roof rack, front bumper, or roof bar and clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol.
- Position the light bar and secure using supplied stainless steel brackets. Ensure alignment for optimal visibility.
- Route the DC 12V harness along existing vehicle wiring, securing with cable ties to avoid vibration damage.
- Connect the positive lead to an appropriate fused power source (battery or auxiliary relay) rated for the bar's amperage draw.
- Ground the negative lead to a clean, unpainted chassis point near the installation site.
- Install the control module in a protected location (glove box or under-dash area), securing against movement.
- Test all four light modes and colour programming before final fastening.
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal and perform a full electrical systems check.
- Allow 24 hours for control module calibration before extended off-road use.
