- Begin with the vehicle's interior at room temperature or warmer — adhesive bonds most effectively above 15°C.
- Clean the factory speaker surround area thoroughly using an isopropyl alcohol wipe or similar panel prep solution. Allow to dry fully before proceeding.
- Dry-fit each cover over the speaker grille to confirm alignment and positioning before removing the adhesive backing.
- Peel the protective film from the adhesive backing on the first cover, then carefully align and press firmly into position over the tweeter surround.
- Apply firm, even pressure across the entire surface for 30–60 seconds to activate the adhesive bond.
- Repeat for the second cover on the opposite door. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure fully before applying any cleaning products to the area.
⚠ Note: Ensure the door panel surface is completely free from dust, grease, silicone dressings, or wax before fitting. Contaminated surfaces will significantly reduce adhesion strength. Do not attempt installation in cold or damp conditions.
