- Disconnect the vehicle battery and allow a 10-minute discharge period before beginning work.
- Remove the steering column surround trim panels carefully using a trim removal tool — clips are plastic and will snap if forced.
- Unscrew and slide out the factory analogue instrument cluster from its housing, noting the orientation of the unit.
- Disconnect the existing OEM wiring connectors from the rear of the factory cluster.
- Connect the supplied wiring harness to the vehicle's factory loom — connectors are keyed and should click firmly into place.
- Seat the new digital cluster into the dashboard housing and secure using the provided mounting hardware.
- Refit the steering column surround trim, reconnect the battery, and power on the vehicle to test full display functionality.
- Verify all readings — speed, fuel, temperature, RPM — are displaying correctly before completing final panel reassembly.
